FIP Treatment Identificaton and Test Result Library
The following information is provided in order to assist cat owners make responsible decisions and to share information with vets and the research community. We welcome submissions of testing data to help make this more complete!
This library is not meant to be a comprehensive report of all products or batches of products on the market, and it is not a recommendation or endorsement of the safety or efficacy of any product regardless of the test results. Lab testing is the only way of actually confirming what and how much of a substance they contain, but only a minuscule fraction of these products are tested. While many claims are made about the content, reliability, and efficacy of FIP treatment products, very little is known about the production procedures, quality control, testing and disclosure to consumers given by the manufacturers and promoters.
Although the information listed on this site has been produced and processed from sources believed to be reliable, no warranty, express or implied, is made regarding accuracy, adequacy, completeness, legality, reliability or usefulness of any information.
Note: Test results from the "Toxicology Associates Inc" laboratory have been removed due to concerns about the accuracy and reliability of that lab.
